So I've picked up the Jamieson Wild Salmon Fish Oil Complex today, and have started taking it. recommended dosage is 1-3 capsules daily, with food - I'll be taking two, one with breakfast, one with dinner.
In doing a quick Google search, I found this article to be the easiest to digest (haha get it, digest, because we're talking about supplement intake?? I know, lame...). This guy quickly and easily breaks down the top 20 benefits of taking fish oils. There are, of course, contradictory articles as well, but the good seem to outweigh the bad, and this has been a hot supplement for a few years now, so I'll get on board (I never claimed to be an early adopter LOL). I don't have a particular ailment that I'm looking to treat at this time, just generally improving my health, and figured this can't help. I'd love to see some mood and attention stabilization, especially through winter when I tend towards hibernation, and if it helps improve my Toronto winter dry skin, I won't complain about that either!
So that's it... my update for today is that I bought a fish oil supplement and will be taking it... fun!! If I notice any improvements, I'll keep you all updated.

Every day do something that will inch you closer to a better tomorrow.

Glad to see you getting in on some disgusting fish oil action. The benefits are worth it and I need to start doing that as well.
